Orders

How long does it take to receive my parcel?

All parcels are processed and shipped between 0-5 working days. Please note that during holidays it can take longer and delays may occur. Then depending on your country the shipping time starts.

Please note that once the parcel leaves our warehouse we will not have any influence on the speed of this order. You will receive a tracking link by email once the parcel has left our warehouse.

Can I track my order?

Your parcel could be sent out with a different postal company. As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse you will receive a track and trace email with a link.

I didn't receive a confirmation email?

Please check your spam/junk email folder, and if its not there then please contact us through the contact form on the site.

Can I change my address?

Unfortunately our system cannot adjust changes to addresses once an order is placed.

Please check that you are typing in the correct address when placing an order, this is your responsibility.

Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via iDEAL, Apple Pay, Google Pay and and the following creditcards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Did my payment go through?

Are you doubting if your payment went through after an error message?

Please check your banking history to see if the payment has been withdrawn. Do you still want to check this with us, then please contact us through the contact form on the webshop.

Returns

Can I return my products?

You may return your product within 14 days after you received your order.

You will need to contact us before doing so, and we will provide you with a form.

Returns are only possible under the following terms:

1. Within 14 days after the delivery of your product

2. We will only process returns if they are returned in their original condition including labels & packaging. Damaged and/or used (washed) items will be refused and returned.

3. Unidentified returned orders/products will not be processed in our system and after 2 weeks this product will be completely erased from inventory. We will need an email and the form inside the return box.
